The Program is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Enrollment and Payment

You may enroll by paying:

- In full at the time of purchase, or

- Through a payment plan offered during checkout.

By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments according to the payment plan selected, even if you choose to discontinue participation in the Program.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:

- You must complete designated coursework outlined during the Program. This is tracked on the mentorship website.

-You must provide evidence of participation and implementation.

-Your refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.

Failure to meet these conditions will result in denial of the refund request.

4. Lifetime Access

Your enrollment includes lifetime access to the Program materials as they exist at the time of your enrollment.

("Lifetime" refers to the lifespan of the Program, not your personal lifetime.)

We reserve the right to update, improve, or retire Program elements at our discretion. If discretionary course updates or additions are made available to you, they will typically be added to your account within 18–24 months of being incorporated into the core curriculum.

Significant curriculum overhauls, new bonus modules, or additional materials may be offered separately and may require an additional fee, at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Program content, including videos, written materials, downloads, frameworks, templates, and designs, is the exclusive property of AMP Performance Rehab, LLC.

You may not: Share, distribute, reproduce, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make available any Program materials to others without prior written consent.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate revocation of access without refund, and may lead to legal action.

6. Revocation of Access

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Program, without refund, if you:

- Violate intellectual property rights

- Engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior in Program spaces (e.g., Slack, Zoom calls) or in public forums (e.g., social media) that defames, misrepresents, or undermines the integrity of the Program, AMP Performance Rehab, LLC, or its representatives.

Community rules are linked here. By participating, you agree to abide by those rules.

- We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Program, without refund, if you violate these community rules.

7. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding your professional, clinical, or financial outcomes as a result of participation in the Program.

Your results depend on your own efforts, application of materials, and external factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMP Performance Rehab, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at: 📧 [email protected]

11. Communication & Feedback Policy

We value feedback and are committed to improving the Program experience. To ensure clarity and timely resolution, all questions, concerns, or feedback must be submitted via:

1. Direct message to Shaun Astorga inside the Program Slack workspace, or

2. Email to 📧 [email protected]

We do not monitor or respond to feedback submitted via social media comments, Instagram direct messages, or any platform outside the official communication channels.

Public commentary made outside these channels, particularly feedback shared long after participation has ended, may not be addressed.

Feedback is most helpful and actionable when shared in real time. We cannot retroactively address concerns raised more than 30 days after program participation ends, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

12. Non-Disparagement

We believe in direct, respectful communication and welcome constructive feedback through the appropriate channels as outlined in Section 11.

By enrolling in AMP Blueprint, you agree not to make false, misleading, or disparaging remarks, whether written, spoken, or implied, about the Program, AMP Performance Rehab, LLC, its content, team members, or participants. This applies to public platforms (e.g., social media, podcasts, blogs), private communities that may become public, and any communications shared with third parties (e.g., intake forms, professional forums, or referrals).

If you are unhappy or feel something fell short, please communicate directly with us so we have the opportunity to resolve it. Public complaints that were not first brought to our attention privately may result in loss of access without refund and/or further action if appropriate.

We’re committed to improving, but we can’t fix what we don’t know about.
